This photo tells you exactly how Obama sees this issue as Perry met with him regarding the crisis of immigration and the swarms Obama was letting in....Perry was clearly not amused.......Obama has no regard for how 'anybody' sees what's happening...none!
Obama is doing his part well in The Globalist NWO game, and Pope Francis and the World Council of Churches are doing their role in globalizing religion. This is just part of the plan to form this side of the ocean to fit thier scope of the role it will play on “ Their “Map” of nations and how it will be.
If anyone even imagines this administration has anyone’s interests in this country then they are beyond blind....and too the major source of the problem.
It’s actually an ‘invasion’ orchestrated and funded by this administration and likely co-operation with other nations ...so it would never be considered a criminal act...further the DOJ already sued Arizona for trying to enforce the borders.... claiming that immigration is only enforceable by the Federal Govt. So by doing so, when states attempt to push back, Obama simply ties things up in courts and keeps rolling just the same.
United States of America are supposed to be opposing invasions and colonization, not inviting or facilitating them.
The US Constitution contains two mandates requiring States and political subdivisions (counties and cities) to oppose illegal immigration. States/Counties/Cities have no choice, but to obey the constitution.
Article 1 Section 10 – Powers Prohibited of States Clause 3 (Key words “shall” and “unless”)
“No State shall, without the Consent of Congress, lay any duty of Tonnage, keep Troops, or Ships of War in time of Peace, enter into any Agreement or Compact with another State, or with a foreign Power, or engage in War, unless actually invaded, or in such imminent Danger as will not admit of delay.”

Section 4 – Republican government (’key word “shall”)
“The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government, and shall protect each of them against Invasion; and on Application of the Legislature, or of the Executive (when the Legislature cannot be convened) against domestic Violence.”

the William Wilberforce Trafficking Victims Protection Reauthorization Act is the loop hole Obam is using to bring them in. The legislation was enacted quietly during the transition to the Obama administration, according to the NY times Article.
It was raised and looked at again when the first swarm of kids came over...
The bill gave substantial ‘new’ protections to children entering the country alone who were NOT from Mexico or Canada by prohibiting them from being quickly sent back to their country of origin.
Instead, it required that they be given an opportunity to appear at an immigration hearing and consult with an advocate, and it recommended that they have access to counsel...... It also required that they be turned over to the care of the Department of Health and Human Services, and the agency was directed to place the minor “in the least restrictive setting that is in the best interest of the child” ....and to explore reuniting those children with family members.
The Wilberforce law was not enacted with the idea of dealing with the current flow of tens of thousands of unaccompanied minors or providing an incentive for children to reach the border.
Still a criminal act; corrupt executive and judicial branches. Non functional legislative branch.
the problem goes beyond the results of an election. it’s systemic. voter fraud isn’t being challenged, fraudulent voters are not being jailed nor are poll observers being charged if fraudulent voting occurs under their watch.
governors and their divisions of elections are not being held accountable if names on the ballot aren’t eligible for office. no charges are filed.
there are no charges when people are pouring over the border without end. hell, 0bama deliberately put out a call for corporate support to help escort illegals into and around the US. even now we have 0bama and crew spending tax payer money to find anyone under 18 to fly into the country with the hopes of swaying the vote. yet there are not charges for any of it.
hell, we know for a fact that $5 BILLION was paid to the taliban generals when we released them... and no charges of aiding the enemy have even been discussed.
and now we have homos attacking Christian owned businesses in an effort to run them out and clear the way for their friends... yet nothing is being done.
States could and should stand up. But they haven’t. Not in any effective sustained manner. They are controlled by the same faction controlling the federal government.
