In a negotiation, both sides 'get' something.
The negotiations had nothing to do with Iran getting or not getting nuclear weapons -- on either side. Iran may already have them. Iran may still be 2-5 years away. Nothing agreed to in "the talks" changes, or will change, the reality.
The negotiations were about, and achieved, two things: 1) For Iran, it allows them to escape from sanctions. 2) For The US, it allows Barack 0bama to escape the domestic public humiliation of retreating from a bright line he himself set.
Stupid, uniformed people believe something was accomplished. In fact, only political appearances, and NO strategic realities were changed with respect to Iran.
But don't think Pooty-Poot and the folks in Eastern Europe and the Baltics don't know what happened, and don't think it wasn't noticed by Japan, Taiwan, China, and every other country connected by the Pacific Ocean. The next question is how a thoroughly defeated United States -- interested in nothing but flimsy appearances -- figures into the calculations of our enemies and erstwhile friends.

If they admit they have nuclear weapons, the NNPT requires them to be sanctioned.

We are coming up on the 70th anniversary of the death of FDR.
LBJ enacted the war on Poverty roughly 50 years ago.
Don’t ask don’t tell was over 20 years ago.
Presidents come and go. But the wussy republicans always seem to let the lefts accomplishments stay with us forever.

I assume that once Iran demonstrates some capability to detonate a nuclear device, they'll just buy as many warheads as desired from North Korea and claim they were manufactured (from kits?) in Iran. Iran sanctions will have been lifted. The Norks can always use the extra cash.

Very plausible theory, with the only caveat being: methinks theyd not hesitate to use em ASAP once they had em and can figure out how to reliably deliver em.Lets hope Mossad has insiders in the Iranian missile service who can program the first IC/IRBM to divert to Mecca!

He’s running. Check the polls, the medias are still running him, why? It’s about everything he’s done and far as I know, he hasn’t been honest about anything if a lie would work better.

If yes, Iran does not have the bomb...

The problem for the mullahs and Persian scientists are the triggers. Exhibit A are the explosions at their milling fabrication sites.
Of course, the Persians will figure it out eventually.

Hes term-limited and will leave on January 20, 2017. I'll believe it when I see it. If Cruz wins the election, we may have a problem.

The USA built nuclear bombs 70 years ago. I do not understand how the Iranians could not duplicate seventy year old technology. Just asking.
