The dark tint laws are there for driver safety. As a professional driver I try to make eye contact with other drivers who are preparing to pull onto the road. If you make eye contact, you know your chances of the driver pulling in front of you are minimal. The restrictions here are for only the driver and passenger/windshield areas.
Ha .....but not in LA
From an earlier thread today: Re: Denise Chiffon Berry, 44, was driving in Hawthorne Wednesday afternoon with her son when the boy made eye contact with three men driving by in a Cadillac, police said.
(The woman was shot dead shortly after.)
That was the trigger. Eye contact is a sign of aggression to blacks. If you watch how blacks relate to each other, theres very little direct eye contact.
The eye contact thing is so true. In my former days of riding a motorcycle I always tried to make eye contact with drivers of cars that could pull to in front of me. Never got hit and didn’t have any really close calls.
No, the law is for “officer safety”, so the police can see into your car when they pull you over for daring to drive on their road.
