“she concluded “we have to accept them [gay people], and we just ask that they accept us”

wow, how difficult should that be in reality!?

Walkerton!!! I think I see another cause for the liberal insanity surrounding this story.

They are very classy people. If I’m ever within 100 miles, I’ll try to go buy a pie.

So when is Eric Holder's Justice Department going to investigate the terroristic threats made against the O’Connors and their business?

(CRICKETS)

By the way, over $523,000 raised on Gofundme as of a few minutes ago.

Ummm ... was that “after” they received about HALF-a-MILLION dollars in donations from people? ... :-) ...

I hope they got some of that money that was donated to them, but then again ... some of those donors may not be liking these latest words from them.

However ... in any case ... I sure do hope that Memories Pizzaria gets their 1/2 Million dollars from donors!

Other than the fee collected by GoFundMe.com, I don’t think you have a thing to worry about. You can set your mind at ease.

I suspect Walkerton itself is a pretty friendly place. These aren’t locals causing the hoorah, at least I doubt it. It’s probably rednecks ‘clinging to their guns and bibles.’

The word “accept” means that the O’Connors will do business with the perverts and sodomites except to cater gay weddings. They still believe that perversion and sodomy are sins, but if a customer walks in and orders a large pepperoni pizza, they are not going to ask whether or not the customer is gay.

She’s been worried sick about it all day yesterday too. Really didn’t like people using that site. Now its cynicism about their motives for reopening, opinion innocently how the donors will be upset with them, and acting like they might not even get it.
Not sure what the angle is.

The Gay_Nazis will find them where ever they go.

Once you have been targeted you are forever branded until you repent publicly and beg forgiveness.

It’s the Gay Inquisition. Repent or be burned at burned at the stake.

Use the half million to move you, your business, and your family, to somewhere more Christian friendly.

Gifts are not taxable. They are taxed from the giver above a certain amount.

The first time you raised this concern it was potentially legitimate (although it was quickly discovered that it wasn’t really an issue). The next dozen times you raised this concern, it was redundant and getting old (especially given that each time you raised it, it required pointing out that it wasn’t really an issue). The next 100 times you raised this issue, it was starting to appear like some kind of mental block on your part. Your generous use of caps (ie - yelling) did no good in assuaging the concerns of those who worried that it might be more than just a mental block. The next 1000 times you raised this issue, it went to whatever level lies just beyond tiresome.

There is nothing worse than a song comprised of a single note. Especially when that note is not a particularly good one, and the song is replayed indefinitely.
