Sally offers a product to the public as a speaker. Her product is inspirational speeches that conform to her worldview.
Bob offers a product to the public as a baker. His product is specialized wedding cakes that celebrate the holy union of marriage.
Sally is a very nice, very smart, very likable gay progressive.
Bob is a very nice, very smart, very likable practicing Muslim.
Sally will tell you she was born a lesbian.
Bob will tell you he was born a Muslim.
Sally’s speech is protected from the government by the First Amendment.
Bob’s religious faith is protected from the government by the very same First Amendment.
Because her speech is protected by the First Amendment, Sally cannot be forced by the government to alter her product — her speech — into something that violates her beliefs and conscience.

The flaw here is that they never target muslims.

The way I see it, gay marriage is a mockery of monogamy. Let us face it, like with abortion, the lifestyle is chosen for convenience. These people are frauds and liars.
Interestingly it is a metaphorical criticism of capitalism and a praise for socialism providing “what women want”.
In capitalism, you go to a store, people treat you like crap, or do not provide the product or service you seek, you simply look elsewhere. It is not perfect, but eventually the society will find someone all willing to make something you require.
Of course, in monogamy, people will reject or will accept, and what you get is what you commit to. No, the government does not provide you the perfect person, but in a normal growing society, couple situations will improve generation after the next.
Let us face it. with the pill and abortion, the culture etc... The choices have gone from bad to worse, and the perverts will require the government to furnish them something... In this case harassing businesses for accomodation is where it is happening.
