Senate Minority Leader Harry Reid (D-NV) plays a key role in the corruption indictment of Senator Robert Menendez (D-NJ), handed down by a Newark, New Jersey grand jury. Reids involvement centers around efforts by Menendez to intervene with Secretary of Health and Human Services (HHS) Kathleen Sebelius on behalf of his friend and donor Dr. Salomon Melgen in an $8.9 million Medicare billing dispute.
The 68-page indictment devotes a full 8 pages to a section entitled After MELGEN Receives More Unfavorable Rulings, MENENDEZ Enlists the Office of the Senate Majority Leader to Assist MELGEN in His Medicare Billing Dispute.

Rats see nothing wrong with using their position for personal gain, no matter how corrupt.
Maybe BHO wants to throw both of them under the bus. He’s mad at Menendez for his pro-Israeli stance and other things; Reid’s usefulness is coming to an end... maybe BHO wants to use him as a punching bag, too, haha.

Obama has a life long history of disposing of devoted followers when they outlive their usefulness.
One thing’s for sure - it wasn’t Obie the Wuss who kicked Reid’s @$$.
The way McConnel, Boehner, and Hillary cower around Obama you know he has the goods on Reid too. Reid may have decided to challenge the One. Yes, I am sure someone else would have had to do the deed.
Now we know why he is ‘retiring’.................

That’s the privilege gap between politicians and voters. You don’t hear much talk about it as we’re currently focusing on the ‘effort’ gap between whites and blacks. Then I believe we’ll move on to the Criminal activity gap. The two may be related but I’m not sure.
There is no homosexual gap. It appears they’ve found other means to fill in that gap.
Menendez can join Blagojevitch, Kwame Kilpatrick, and Ray Nagin in the Robert Torricelli Memorial cellblock in the Federal lockup.
Like Damien in Omen II, when the stepmom stabs the father who realizes what Damien is, and says "Damien, it's all for you!" as the oven explodes.
Not saying it didn't happen, not saying it's not inappropriate or illegal even. Just saying that I would wager that the percentage of congressmen who take campaign contributions and then offer access to officials must be close to 100% every single year. So why go after Menendez?
Hint: he yelled at Obama once.
