This guy... Illinois has the same law.

Illinois, like all the other states, have a law which keep the government from imposing on a person's religious beliefs. Indiana's law extends that protection against actions by individuals.

Wouldn’t suing for alleged discrimination, hence bringing in the government to coerce and punish, impose upon a person’s religious beliefs?
