So when is Asa supposed to sign the bill that he said he would sign; assuming he doesn’t get cold feet?

He is not going to sign it. He wants the bill recalled and changed or additional legislation passed.

There are 64 Republicans in the AR House, most very conservative members, but is that enough to override a veto? Does it take 2/3?
