2) No will power, a credit card would take complete control over them. Maybe cant say no to kids or partner who want stuff.

I do not suffer from # or #2 and neither does spouse. I choose cash to keep stores from gleaning data on me. I answer no questions and lately I have started using fake celebrity names.
