To: Amendment10

No one should be forced to swallow the homosexual agenda. Indiana had a state constitutional law defining marriage as only between one man and one woman. A single judge decided to overturn the will of the people, which is why Indiana passed the Religious Freedom law. The Religious Freedom law is now the law of the land. I don’t see you or other homosexuals abiding by that law, so do not expect me to abide by your fake phony marriage laws.

I’m not sure what you’re talking about in post 8. Were you wanting to reply to another FReeper?

The Founding States made the 10th Amendment (10A) to clarify that the Constitution’s silence about things like marriage means that such issues are automaticaly and uniquely state power issues. And since the states have never amended the Constitution to expressly protect gay agenda issues, such as gay marriage, the states are free to make 10A-protected laws which prohibit gay marriage, as long as such laws don’t also unreasonably abridge constitutionally enumerated rights.
