You are not kind....

That said, HAW-HAW-HAW! It sure was funny, on a couple of different levels.

Does anyone having an inkling as to whether the emails were merely deleted or has all free space on the server been overwritten one or more times?

There is no reason to think the emails can ever be retrieved. Heck, check out "Giveaway of the Day". The free software today is a file washer to make sure deleted files can never be recovered. If the software is out there for free, why would she leave files for anyone to find?

She should have used a thermite device.

But she probably would have burned the House Of Chappaqua to the ground.. Just like the end of the movie Carrie.. Cowering in her pantry where she keeps her cookie ingredients, she’s ever baking.. Oh and the rose law firm and FBI files.

I bet Hillary’s goons have chopped up that hard drive and dumped it into the Atlantic or at least in a Chapaqua landfill. The Clintons while experienced liars, always seem to have problems keeping their lies straight and forget that with the Internet very little can be hidden. For example, Hillary’s lie about just wanting to only use her single Blackberry when there are photos of her using I-pads and I-phones. Back in the day the media would cover for her, but today anyone can get those incriminating photos. I’m still waiting for photos to surface of Bill cavorting with with some underage nymphette on Fantasy Island.

Those hard drives are long gone, and have been replaced with new ones. Seventy bucks at walmart. Much faster and surer than doing a multiple pass overwrite If Hillary is even a half way competent criminal, there are even some ‘innocent’ emails and a few slightly questionable but not illegal ones cut and pasted to the new ones from the old ones...

Which are now physically destroyed.

Like most of us, many of her emails were sent to the same person — and are probably still stored somewhere. Shouldn’t be too hard to find them and start the reconstruction process. A known email to a recipient should also be on her server. If its not, it was erased but it still exists elsewhere. With enough resources, a lot of her communications could be pieced back together.

Not only “time intensive” but also time sensitive. If the server is in use that must stop.

Clinton has destroyed evidence under subpoena. Why is Gowdy entrusting her with the preservation of the server?

The server will be smashed to smithereens by the time they get around to issuing a subpoena.

There have been reports that Hillary has difficulty typing so she may not aware of the difference between erasing and washing.

The Clintons, after all they have the things they've done and escaped any criminal charges, I'm sure, are fuming that they are now being called to account. Between obozo and the Clintons, I'm curious to see which sides hit man acts first.

I think by the time the Congress goes through all the legal steps to take physical control of the server, the Clinton lawyers will announce that the server and hard drives are either lost, or have been destroyed.

Maybe not, but I'd bet money John Podesta does.

I wonder whether she really destroyed the emails. All those voluminous “recollections” would come in handy when she writes her memroires about her vainglorious career and her own convenient interpretations of history.

Hillary has over 100 million, so she can afford the finest of tech-thugs.

True enough, but does anyone think Hillary set up her own server and numerous email accounts? She had someone working on and maintaining this project and they would know how to scrub the information when the time came.

Letting hillary "twist in the wind" is not a good plan. She's too darn good at weaseling her way out of responsibility for her misadventures. She should be held accountable, NOW

Martha Stewart went to jail, for what?....lying in a federal investigation? Why not hillary?

If he goes after her now, he can stop her presidential aspirations!
