He’s giving her to May 1? Can’t he lock her up for failing to turn over the server, and for erasing the emails after the subpoena? Gowdy’s part of the problem.
Non of this will matter until Trey Gowdy calls for a special prosecutor. I don’t see how this cannot be obstruction of justice.
