Lawmakers in Indiana are scrambling to clarify a religious freedom law amid a national firestorm. But their counterparts in Arkansas are pushing ahead with a similar measure and the governor says he'll sign it.
Protesters gathered outside the governor's mansion in Little Rock on Tuesday morning. A final vote in the state House could come later in the day.

Bring it on, let´s do it Arkansas....
I fail to see how restoring some of our rights of association is controversial.
Wonder how much pressure Walmart and Tyson’s is applying to stop this.
Geez. Where’s all the consternation about the other 19 states with similar laws already on the books and, not to mention the federal statute. How about I’m offended that ALL the states don’t have similar legislation pending? Oh. Sorry. Conservatives have no standing. I musta forgot.
I want us to think about how “discrimination” became the dirty word on par with “racist”. Widespread abuse of the word obscures all manner of liberty rights.
Pence just said “I believe that nobody should be harassed for ....who they love...”
that’s code for same sex marriage...and sure enough hes now saying that no business should deny services to anyone...
cue the moslem businesses and whether or not they will make cakes with 2 grooms on top...what will Pence do then ???
Yep. Pence got his mind right, obviously. Wonder if Cruz will stand by the cave in?
Those panties are going to really get twisted now. It would be great if all of the homonazi’s whining and complaining brought more attention to the law so other states would join in so normal people aren’t forced to bake cakes or take photographs of the homos minutes before they sodomize each other or get sued.
Georgia already caved to the radical, hate filled homosexuals.
“Harass”? Is it “harassment” to say to a potential customer, “I can’t do this, but you might try Harry & Larry’s across the street”?
In so many instances groups asserting “rights”, first frame the issue as protecting the beliefs, conduct, or benefit of an individual or group, but when that goal is attained, they then move to the next step. That is to force everyone to condone the act, belief, or conduct and publicly atone for past failure to demonstrate proper enlightenment. The next step is to force “those who did them wrong” to give up some right of theirs in furtherance of the new found superior right. The oppressed becomes the oppressor.
They don’t like it one bit. There have been protests in front of the Governor’s Mansion against it, about 100 people.
I heard him say that on Fox this morning; framing the argument in the left’s language. Later, he modified the phrase with “who they care for.”
The left in the 60’s was all about actions of conscience about the war, now they want to force people not to travel to Indiana. The ones that have gone for their protests are the freaks on parade.
Buck up, Arkansas, we’re looking at you to relay the liberty torch.
On this topic, states can either: A: Skitter away from controversy, or B: Flood the zone and work to make every state conscience-friendly. Here’s hoping it’s the latter.
Great!! Just another “stand” some RINOs can take and then renege on.
