Agree. This is not the demeanor of a leader.
I’m sure he’s exhausted at this point, but he is acting like he needs oxygen. The deep breaths that he takes after every answer are disconcerting.

He just keeps repeating himself in a totally defensive manner. No guts to tell it like it is.
He’s toast if he runs for re-election, he won’t get any votes from the people he’s caving to, and he just pissed off his base.
