Why would the USDA ban showing them in public and prohibit photographs??

I’ve seen photographs and appearances of the Dali Lama
many times, he’s a funny guy and a great teacher too.

May be something to do with 0bama pushing the Dali Lama out the back door of the White House?

They say he’s a big hitter out on the links! 0- not so much.
