Let’s see now. A insane man speeds his new (fill in) and plows into the pedestrians crossing the street, resulting in multiple deaths and injuries.
Do the victims families or the survivors have legal standing to sue the AUTO DEALER who willfully sold the car last week, without checking the mental state of the customer.
If a mental health test was required before making the purchase of a motor vehicle, think of how many lives would be saved across the nation.
Maybe not a bad idea.

The ATF does checks, it asks a person buying a gun if they are mentally ill, so the will not be sued. This is supposed to stop gun violence as per liberals.
