I think he wants Tel Aviv nuked. If he can get his deal with Iran and we can all find out a little while later that Iran is going full out to nuke up then Tel Aviv gets nuked would we actually know whether Iran did it or Obama did it? Obam would, of course, gravely point at Iran. The Sunni Hussein might just accomplish two goals with an action such as that. I hope Israel has countermeasure sufficient against all possible enemies.
