Actually, it was the Hindus that invented the zero. The Arabs borrowed the concept and passed it along to the Europeans.

Actually, they took it from the Hindus/Indians.
The quote from Pope Benedict, which was swiped from the Byzantine Emperor, about Islam “Contributing nothing to civilization” is actually very, very funny when one understands the history behind the zero, which I have no doubt that both the Pontiff and the Emperor did.

The Arabs want the world to think that, but it isn’t true. It was invented at least 2000 years before Mad Mo took credit for inventing the world.
