Washington (CNN)The Saudi Ambassador to the United States would not rule out the possibility of the Saudis creating their own nuclear bomb to counterbalance a nuclear-armed Iran in an interview with CNN's Wolf Blitzer on Thursday.
"This is not something we would discuss publicly," Ambassador Adel Al-Jubeir said on "The Situation Room." Later, when pressed, he said, "This is not something that I can comment on, nor would I comment on."

Of course they will build their own nukes. Nobody will stop them. Nobody has the moral credibility to even try. The Shia and Sunni are sworn enemies of a religion that has yet to find its reformation. You give the bomb to the Shia the Sunni will want their own.
The reason to help Iran in from the cold, as I understood it, was to help stabilize the region, to get an ally with the Shia in Iraq and in the war against ISIL. The price for that seems too high, and obviously the Iranians are contributing to plenty of additional destabilization - in Yemen, in Syria, in Iraq, in Gaza, in Lebanon and in African contries too.
They don’t need to build them. They can buy them from Pakistan.
What have the Saudis ever built on their own? Ever?
They buy what they need....either from North Korea, Pakistan, the Russians, or South Africa. So, in five years...they have nuke weapons just like Iran and Israel. Then the Syrians and Egyptians will get into the act. And by 2025...even Turkey will have nuke weapons.
That’s what this whole thing is about...massive nuclear build-up in the middle-east and some eventual usage.
With the Middle East sitting on a powder keg, the supply of oil will be dependent on how long before World War III. Then, the consequences world wide will be unimaginable.
When the Theater(small ones) NUKES start going off..

The nuclear weapon already exists at one of their air bases or is packed for immediate shipment from Pakistan.
But things in the middle east were so unbalanced with only Israel having nukes. Once all these nations have them power will be balanced. Or is that after they all use them?

If the Saudis develop nuclear weapons, it would only be a matter of time before portable tactical nukes find their way into the hands of jihadi fighters. The Saudis claim to be “opposed” to ISIS and Al Quaeda, when in reality they’re willing to covertly fund and arm anyone and everyone who fights against Shi’ites.
