The goal of U.S. policy toward Yemen is to make sure Yemen cannot be a safe haven that extremists can use to attack the West and to attack the United States.”

These people are sociopaths.

IE: We'll move the goal line so we look like we can obtain that goal any day now. But we're just talking out our anal cavity, because we've got no idea as to the situation there, we had to abandon our embassy, and our ability to choose targets is hampered by our Nobel Peace Prize winning president having so many armed conflicts going on at the same time. We're kinda busy, so even unmanned drone intelligence is a last choice option with active conflicts in other regions.
