I've been thinking about Obama’s legacy and I don't know how he's gonna live with it after his term is over. He's a fairly young man and is going to have to live with decision like this one for a long time.

To the people he cares about, this makes him a hero. He managed to get five taliban “heroes” back into the fight for one American deserter.

Look at his other accomplishments:

Set the stage for Isis with his support for the overthrow of Assad and the removal of American troops from Iraq.

Destabilized Libya, and turned it into a place of contention for Islamic Jihadists.

Attempted, and almost succeeded in turning Egypt over to the Muslim Brotherhood.

Succeeded in opening a new front against the west in Ukraine and all the former East Block, by reniging on our commitment to put in a missle defense, on the eve of it being implemented.

Isolated Israel and has given signals that the U.S. will not support Israel.

Kept anyone from stopping the Iranian nuke project, gave up valuable intelligence to the Iranians about how we stopped them in the past, and is on the verge of lifting sanctions so that they can continue on unimpeded.

Heck, those are just off the top of my head.
