"If we must have an enemy at the head of Government, let it be one whom we can oppose, and for whom we are not responsible, who will not involve our party in the disgrace of his foolish and bad measures." - Alexander Hamilton

"We don't intend to turn the Republican Party over to the traitors in the battle just ended. We will have no more of those candidates who are pledged to the same goals as our opposition and who seek our support. Turning the Party over to the so-called moderates wouldn’t make any sense at all." -- President Ronald Reagan

"A thing moderately good is not so good as it ought to be. Moderation in temper is always a virtue; but moderation in principle is always a vice." - Thomas Paine 1792

"It does not take a majority to prevail, but rather an irate, tireless minority, keen on setting brushfires of freedom in the minds of men." - Samuel Adams

"If ye love wealth better than liberty, the tranquility of servitude better than the animating contest of freedom, go home from us in peace. We ask not your counsels or your arms. Crouch down and lick the hands which feed you. May your chains set lightly upon you, and may posterity forget that you were our countrymen." - Samuel Adams

I think Cruz will be able to garner a significant number of Hispanic voters, of all I know about Cruz I don’t know if he speaks Spanish, I’ve always just assumed he does.

Cruz is Ronald Reagan-LIKE.. maybe better...
Obama is Jimmy Carter-like Only worse..

BUT the american people.. seems to be “HIGH” on something..
i.e. some drug.. a givernment check.. givernment job.. gross apathy.. or just disillusioned..

Ted has more than just the GOP base in his column.

He also has a substantial majority of Independents who now make up an astonishing 42% of the electorate.

He also has the Reagan Democrats, the Perot Demographic and near half of US Citizen Latinos.

By every careful, restrained and realistic calculation that errs to the negative, Ted Cruz will receive at least 53% to 54% of the popular vote, as long as millions of illegal aliens are not amnestied and registered to vote.

The Electoral College Map is different. There the democrats have a built-in advantage but it can be and must be overcome. The political war rooms will be fighting tooth and nail for every last critical district in battleground states.

Yep, I’m ‘On Fire With Excitement’ over Ted Cruz. He has my vote and I hope he can win this thing. We need a leader like this man.

I’ve never been so excited about an election in my short little life. The last few have been quite disappointing.

"Ted Cruz has got all four bases out there covered."

Cruz will go a long way to uniting all tea parties, he will attract a lot of Hispanics, he will attract Reagan Democrats, a vast majority of Conservatives, he will succeed with Independents, and win a large majority of Republicans, and a large number of Evangelicals.

He will suffer among the foodstamp/welfare crowd, a very large and growing segment.

My mother told me to never play with matches.

However, I am excited to strike the Match of Liberty.

Ted Cruz will help light our way through the darkened night of the obamanation that is destroying America!
