The only reason it passed is because they know it doesn’t have a prayer of becoming law. It’s called playing to the base. Mere theatrics.
You got that right, but watch how many people will be sucked in. We have seen this play out time, after time, at the end of the process the budget will look like whatever Obama tells them. Or he will make them shut down the government, or some twisted logic.
