And apparently we’re happy about this? The 2nd Amendment does NOT say, “Shall not be infringed, as long as you have a background check”. It’s pretty clear that background checks are un-Constitutional, and that FFL dealers are the lowest scumbag money grubbing rotten ba$tards for making money off the destruction of our God given rights. None of it makes me/us happy. Agreed that it is all “infringement”, but the bloomer led initiative will make criminals out of a lot of people. By design? Probably. Sadly WA state passed a similar initiative last election and they are still trying to figure out the workings of how to enforce and who’s violated it and who hasn’t. No doubt that since the forces of evil managed to “persuade” (lies and obsfucation) more than twice the number required to sign the petition in NV, the IPOS/SPOS/LPOS will be easily convinced this initiative on the ballot will save everybody from EVER being harmed by a firearm.
