Richard Blum, the man who actually married the hag Diane Feinstein is getting a billion dollar government contract for the California ‘high-speed rail.’ I’m such it’s purely a coincidence that Blum is getting the government contract for his own company, over someone say, independent. I wouldn’t want to be seen with Diane Feinstein for all the money in the world, let alone sleep with her. Richard Blum must be a desperate, greedy ‘man.’

What a remarkable coincidence. A guy who was just handed $1 billion of other people’s money in the latest rail boondoggle happens to be married to someone we know:
To the surprise of absolutely no one familiar with the ways of Corruptifornia, the one-party state completely in the hands of the Democrats, a consortium whose lead firm is controlled by Richard Blum, husband of Sen. Diane Feinstein, was awarded a nearly billion-dollar contract for the construction of the first phase of the so-called high-speed rail line to link San Francisco and Los Angeles. Those paying attention to the project call it the “half-fast” rail line because it will share trackage with conventional commuter rail trains in the sprawling Los Angeles and San Francisco areas, lowering its average speed to levels achieved by American railways a century ago.
The purpose of government spending in a quasi-socialist corruptocracy like ours is to “spread the wealth around” — i.e., confiscate it from those who create it for redistribution to our rulers and those in their favor. For this reason, it is totally unnecessary for rail and green energy projects to make any economic sense whatsoever. All by itself this explains why capitalism works and socialism does not work.
I believe this comes right after his getting some really astronomical amount of money for a sale of numerous former Postal Service properties...?

He’s actually husband #3. Diane’s “maiden” name is Goldman. Fineswine was one of her earlier husbands. I don’t think she ever took Blum’s name, at least not publicly. Wikipedia lists her as: Diane Emiel Goldman Berman Finestein. The only good news in all of this is that they are both getting along in their years, so they probably won’t live long enough to spend their ill-gotten gains.

The question of “What Difference Does It Make” really does have meaning now doesn’t it?
Those crooked bastards all need jailing. I would highly recommend an investigation into the letting of that contract be carefully and fully examined.
