Good old Elon wants human drivers outlawed and only driverless cars to be available

I find this more than a little disturbing on a philosophical basis. Commie countries restrict the travel of their citizens. Part of what is great about the US is that means of transportation (personal) have been available since it’s inception. We do not have to show travel documents or have permission to go from here to there. With driverless cars I presume the ‘government’ will decide what is best and who can use them and when
