Didn’t McConnell use this court case and the judge’s ruling as his excuse for caving on the funding for Homeland? Yes he did.
He needs to hold the Lynch nomination hostage until the DOJ complies with the anticipated order that Hanen will issue on Monday or Tuesday for DOJ to turn over evidence of its lawlessness and contempt.
