Just look up what Kasich said about expanding Ohio’s Medicaid rolls. He uses Bible quotes to support his position. A Phony!

I don't know what to make of John Kasich. Perhaps he should be asked to "define conservative". As governor, he seems real fond of initiatives that line contributors pockets, justifying them with the "for the people" rhetoric.

In some ways, he's saved OH. But for whom? The poor get expanded Medicare, the elite get the profits from their medical bills. The poor get some construction jobs, the corporate owners get untold millions in profits. The OH state budget is in better shape, but towns and residential areas of cities are starving for services.

I don't see Kasich as a person who would ever be about downsizing government and bringing it closer to the people. But I don't write him off. He ran a real excellent campaign for Governor in November, made himself kind of likeable, stood up to outrageous campaign rhetoric from the dems.
