Have suggested to my Congressman that either stores permitted to accept EBT cards needs to be limited to those pre-approved with particular pre-approved items allowed or they need to do away with EBT cards and just have locations where people can go pick up a prepared box of items.
Re EBT cash added should be totally stopped and payment mailed directly to any utility company that payment was truly intended for.
