Well now, that can't be possible. "Conserving Freedom" keeps telling me that drugs don't cause injury to anyone else. I keep telling him that taxpayers ultimately foot the bill for drug usage in both direct and indirect costs, but he keeps saying that's nonsense.
The act of drug use in and of itself creates no bills; SOME drug users do things whose bills the taxpayers have CHOSEN, through their elected representatives, to foot.
