As the American military prepares to open all combat positions to women by 2016, a British report found that integrating women into combat would reduce effectiveness in battle and could harm unit cohesion.
The British report, released in December, found that physiological differences put women at a disadvantage in both strength-based and aerobic fitness tests. Even women who are able to overcome the physiological disadvantage will likely get injured more easily or get tired quicker, making them easier targets and poorer marksmen in combat.
“These are about biology rather than character,” the report states.
The report found that some of these disadvantages could be mitigated. For example, a lack of physical strength or negative effect on unit cohesion could be cancelled out by excellent leadership or increased training.
The Center for Military Readiness said Thursday, however, that even the report’s solutions to problems of women serving in combat were just attempts to “soft-peddle inconvenient facts.”
“Every use of the word ‘mitigate’ in the [Ministry of Defence] report pinpoints a problem, not an advantage,” said Elaine Donnelly, president of the Center for Military Readiness. “There are no benefits balancing the weight of costs and risks that detract from combat readiness and effectiveness.”

This has been a known, an established fact and well circulated to the Pentagon, Congress and the White House, but none of them want to hear it. They don’t care.
There was an excellent report on women attempting to get into Marine Infantry Officer training on CBS this past weekend. CBS was only able to speak to one woman, the others declined an interview - all of them did not pass. The Marine officer overseeing the testing didn’t see a problem in maintaining their standards.
I think the White Hut does care. BECAUSE it "would reduce effectiveness in battle and could harm unit cohesion" the anti-American, mohammedan, communist bastards in the White Hut are all in favor of it.
Please don't mistake them for incompetent. They're not. They're deliberately, willfully, and systematically destructive ... and they're damn good at it.
You're exactly right and that's what's so pathetic about the whole thing.
A President, the civilian leaders of the military and the Joint Chiefs who "don't care" should not be in those positions, they should be flipping burgers in a fast food joint.

Watch the movie “Fury”. While watching it, imagine one of the tank crew is a woman.
Fred Reed said it something like this: A squad of 9 men is a tight knit group that works together and has each other’s back. A squad of 8 men and one woman is 8 men competing for the favors of one woman.
The former is the more effective fighting unit.
I give the Marine Corps credit for not lowering the standards yet, I’m afraid it’s coming though.
We will never have true equality between the sexes until all women between the ages of 18 to 55 are forced to register with The Selective Service.
True equality means having an equal opportunity to have your head blown off.

The current occupant of the White House is “transforming America.” The military is part of America and what is being created is a military that will joyfully kill American’s if necessary. It will be a military holding their positions and perks through the benevolence of “The Divine One;” i.e. minorities who hate us, homosexuals and non Christians(Look at that Major in Texas.)

DUH! Tried to make this point before they did it. but No....
Saw it during Gulf War I. We have four women in the HHC, one was married to a company commander and would meet him and drive off behind a dune for a little 'action' (isn't that special and a real morale booster for everyone); the others, to be blunt, we ugly as ugly can be but were very popular and GI Joe was always jumping at the chance to step in and ‘help’ her with some chore. . .hoping to get lucky. Heck, when we stopped and had to dig in the hard sand/rock of Iraq, the guys got to it and were done quickly whereas women would (maybe) try but the ground was too hard and the GI Joe would come running to dig their hole.
As one of my men observed after the shooting stopped and we were starting to pre-position to head back to the states, the women became testy and mean. . .”they are getting that way because in another couple of weeks, they will be ugly again”
