It has EVERYTHING to do with this story. The homeless have been asked, told, and warned to avoid creating problems in the entry ways. There are places ON THESE GROUNDS which the church has asked the homeless to use.
The fact is that you don’t like the way they were warned and you are all upset about them not getting a city permit, etc...
What you are complaining about doesn’t fix the problem of the derelict homeless crapping on the steps and leaving dangerous trash.
You seem to not care about the health and well being of those who have to go to work there each day - that doesn’t sound very Christian-like, either.
There was no warning sign, and the church will have to find some other way to protect that entrance way.
