Earnest acknowledged Wednesday that the U.S. would have to "re-evaluate" its position on the Israeli-Palestinian conflict in light of those comments. I believe we should not confuse Obama's position on the Israeli-Palestinian conflict with the "U.S. position".
He does not represent the American people's views.
