An American health care worker who contracted Ebola while volunteering in a Sierra Leone treatment unit has been downgraded to critical condition at the National Institutes of Health, doctors said Monday.
The agency said in a statement that the patient's status was changed from serious condition to critical condition, meaning the person's condition has apparently worsened. The patient is being treated at the National Institutes of Health's hospital near Washington.

The idea is not only to help the people who need it, but to contain a disease and a outbreak closer to it’s source, before it spreads.

So you want to forbid American volunteers and American military from being treated at home, and want them to be forced to remain in Africa.
Doesn’t that seem a little primitive and panicky to you? Are you really so scared like a primitive, that you want to not fly an American home to be treated at an Ebola center?
We built our special infectious disease centers in the US to treat primarily our domestic researchers who work with Sars and Ebola and such, Ebola has been in America for decades.
Everyone should stay away from ebola areas unless they agree to be treated there. Panicky? Primitive? No...smart. Given some researchers’ records at keeping thing contained, it is quite a risk for the population to bring it here. Yes...”force” them to remain there until “cured”. “Panicky” and “primitive”...maybe someone else is being naive.
Your idea is silly, a result of your own personal primitive fears, that is why no one does it, or even thought about doing it, and as far as you wanting to force our military infected to remain in Africa, well, try to explain that to the military and veterans and those who care about them.
Americans will continue to be brought home for the best in medical treatment.
It benefits not only the patients and the future of us calling on them and their organizations, but it serves us here as well.

Why would I need influence to change anything, we are already doing the sane thing, that I agree with.
The last thing I would want would be for someone with such a nutty idea as you, to be in a position to make such decisions, as refusing to let Americans and servicemen come home for medical treatments.

Scientists in the U.S. have been working with the Bubonic plague virus for many years. There was a story on the scientists working with the Bubonic plague virus on “60 minutes” many years ago. I do not know if the scientists were trying to make a cure for people who suffer from some existing disease or if the scientists were trying to make a weapon that would kill people. It really does not matter whether the Elites work together or separately. It really does not matter whether they try to help us or harm us. The Elites will cause misery and suffering for the greatest possible number of people. The only motivation for Elites is to manipulate the circumstances that allow the greatest amount of money and/or power to come to them.
