One of the selling points for the NV initiative that will be on the ballot in 2016. If Nevadans pass IP2(I believe that's what it will be on the ballot) there will never ever, ever, ever again be "domestic gun violence" and no criminal will ever, ever, ever be able to buy a firearm in Nevada thanks to closing the "gun show loophole". Ever. If you like your intergalactic background check, you can keep your intergalactic background check. If you DON'T like it, too bad.
