Fact checking Hillary Clinton’s news conference (WaPo punts on Pinocchio rating)
Washington Post ^ | March 16, 2015 | Glenn Kessler

Hillary Rodham Clinton’s news conference March 10 left many questions unanswered, and so we were reluctant to fact check it immediately. But enough information has emerged in recent days to at least take a preliminary step at annotating some of her key points. We aim to update this as additional information emerges.

At this point, given the fluid situation, we are holding off on issuing a Pinocchio rating but we may do so in the future. Certainly, her claim that her e-mails were immediately preserved has now been called into question — as has her statement that she complied with every rule in place at the time.

Of course, the Compost leaves out the fact that Hillary has a long history
of lying.

Hillary has a 34 “C” in a wringer right now and is trying desperately to find someone to get it out.

There’s no ‘paper’ trail. She can say anything she wants.

Ed Klein was just on with Varney, he says he has 3 separate sources saying it was ValJar and likely there are more shoes to drop.

I’m betting Valarie can and will provide the paper/email trail.

Yes, and the Washington Post has a report out trying to make it appear Jeb Bush did the same thing.

Jeb did NOT do the same thing, but the mere MENTION of Jeb having an email account makes it APPEAR to the LIVs that both are the same.

Hmm. Wonder if that’s another shoe that drops.

Rush caller asked how could someone have that many personal emails. I guess it depends on the definition what “personal email” is.

I noticed that the clips of Judge Andrew Napolitano had him precisely saying "if she signed the required entrance form..." and " if she signed the required exit form..." then she probably perjured herself.

Why couch with the repeated "if?"

Did she or did she not sign the required forms?

Was Hillary Clinton's very first act as Secretary of State to violate the law by not signing required document that could later perjure herself?

Let's see those signed documents!

Megyn Kelly on Friday filed a FOIA request with State for just the ONE document...they must tell her within 30 days if they have it, or not..

He has to use the “if” because it’s not known, at least at this point, whether she signed the form or not.

Good comments. I hope they can post-sign each form.

FR needs something like a ‘like’ button.
Maybe a BUMP button? > every 10 BUMPS puts the thread back to the top of the Latest Posts page. The “comment” associated with the auto-bump could be the names of the 10 bumpers. One bump per poster/thread.
Maybe BUMP button with the option for poster to also comment.

Yeah, but I wish he'd have talked about it expecting that, of course signed it, everyone signs it, why wouldn't she have signed it, how could she not have signed it, and then let the conversation go from there.
