Large law firms have teams of associates and paralegals for that.

That’s right, keep changing the story until the right one seems acceptable. That’ll work. We’re all idiots anyhow.

I understand.
If this could be true, this takes this down another road.
Who paid for the law firm ?
Did she expense the cost back to the Feds ?
If so, do the Feds now own the personal emails as well as the business emails ?

But that counters the now assertion that her team read every e-mail.

This was probably not an after-the-fact operation. I can see Hillary’s team of lawyers sifting through emails daily to make sure nothing damaging to her future survived.

How exactly did Hillary Clinton's team decide which of her emails should be saved and which ones should be deleted?...doesn't matter - according to the law, it was up to a State Department archivist, not Hillary Clinton's team, to determine which were to be saved and which to be discarded - the concern about who on her team made the decision is just one more red herring.....
To: stylin19a
Good point. And I call BS on ol’ Hil. They probably narrowed it down to specific email addresses and maybe key words and used a software program to do it.

Congress should call ALL of them to testify under Oath.. SEPARATELY AND INDEPENDENT OF EACH OTHERS TESTIMONY.

Well, let’s have a second review, by Trey Gowdy, to cite one.

No e-mails should be deleted. They can argue about which to turnover but deleting anything should be criminal.

There had better be a LOT of emails between hillary and her Lady Weiner. They both had addresses on the private server, and Huma had a State Dept salary.

"Large law firms have teams of associates and paralegals for that."Super. So tell me, what level of security clearance did this team of email readers have?
To: moehoward
good question. But if she did go down this road, attorney\client privilege applies ?

Cannot see lawyers actually deleting them knowing they were violating the law by actually deleting them forever. There must be a backup of the emails that were deleted. Can see them putting the emails into an archival directory or folder in case they were needed for national security or legal purposes.

It would be easy to erase many of the personal emails based on the to: or from: listings, but I don’t believe it when it says that every email was opened and read.

Of course it applies. The attorney cannot disclose, but she’s the one allowing access to classified records for the attorney to destroy.
These idiots don’t know when to shut up!
To: CharlesWayneCT
"And suddenly, we find out the team of lawyers DID read the e-mails, they simply forgot to mention that in their 9-page response."Then, a few days later, they remember that, they actually DIDN'T read them because they lacked the proper clearance.
