Jeffrey Williams, age 20, Missouri resident, presumed to be from Ferguson or the Saint Louis area.
In custody and charges pending... allegedly fired a .40 caliber handgun from inside a car across the street and hit the two cops. The dumbass even (allegedly) took the gun back home with him, where it was found by police who said it matched the shell casings found at the scene.
Tips from the public provided the information the cops needed to find Jeffrey Williams.
