The Kelly file sent a FOIA request for that document that Clinton would have signed saying she turned everything over to the state dept when she left.

this is it

http://www.gsa.gov/portal/forms/download/115326

no way they can use "privacy" to block release of this thing, if it exists

i don't think there is any way hillary could have signed this; she failed to comply with almost every section

i particularly like

Title 18, U.S. Code, section 2071: Concealment, Removal, or Mutilation of Records

that's prohibited whether she signed the thing or not

Poor Hitlery is having a bad week. I’m sure she will be hittin’ the bottle pretty hard this weekend.

And hurling a few ashtrays.....seems she can hurl at hypersonic speed

“We’re talking “Her Cankleness” here; she and Bill seem to get away with a lot of crime.

Can you say Arkancide?”

And just what would that accomplish? As far as “offing” Lis Wiehl for filing the request, how would that stop it? It has been filed, and there are plenty of Fox lawyers to do the followup. As far as the Clintons “getting away with it,” this is on the State Department. They are asking State for the document, not Hitlary. Do you think Obola gives a fig about either of the Clintons? I wouldn’t be surprised, give their poor relationship, that he would tell State to honor the request sooner rather than later!

They’ll stonewall as long as possible. “Reviewing”, don’t you know?

First time I recall hearing about this form was on the Kelly File earlier this week when the lawyer (IIRC he worked for VP Cheney) was on. He was very good and said that
a) the State Dept should be able to produce this form in 1-1/2 days

b) if she signed it she’s in trouble - I believe he said it was a felony because of the language on the form stating that they person signing it certifies that they have turned over all records in their possession

c) if she didn’t sign it, why not, given all State employees have to sign upon leaving, including the SoS.

I don’t recall anyone mentioning them, but it seems that as State Dept employees (as an aide or advisor to Hillary), Huma and Cheryl Mills should also have had to sign one. Maybe someone will put in a FOIA for their forms, too. Not sure if they had state email set-up, but apparently they were using the Clinton server, too.

There is no form. Clinton’s don’t have rules, and the democrats will do whatever they can to cover this up and belittle those requesting they follow the law.

Expect to see snakehead, skeletor and every feminazi trained consultant out there calling everyone idiots.

You will know they are desperate when they start to get to the “assistant” level consultant (they pick women that photograph well) who repeats the same two sentences for the four minutes segments.

This is fun watching Hillary self destruct. She is such an arrogant Bit$h, she didn’t see this coming. I think she is a criminal. I think she illegally removed and destroyed government records. She HAS ADMITTED A FELONY!!!

"They should have a million bumper stickers by now ready to distribution about Hillary’s criminality."

The last thing I'd ever do is put an anti-democrat sticker on my car. I value the paint.

Leftists are childish sociopaths. A few years ago, during the last election, a OU professor in Norman, OK, was busted for keying cars with Romney or GOP stickers. This is SOP.

Consider: Every US presidential assassination, or attempt, has been done be a Leftist/Socialist/Utopian/Democrat. Look them up.
