A federal judge on Friday ruled on behalf of Citizens United, a conservative advocacy group, in its lawsuit against the State Department for documents related to Hillary Rodham Clinton’s tenure there.
Judge Gladys Kessler of the United States District Court for the District of Columbia ordered the State Department to produce passenger manifests from 47 overseas trips that Mrs. Clinton made as secretary of state. Citizens United requested the manifests last July through a Freedom of Information Act Request.

Can these words go together? This is almost like saying something silly like “Clinton paid for....” These things just don’t happen.
If this shows mega-donors on the trip, this will be neat stuff. Unfortunately, the RNC does not know how to run campaigns. They should have a million bumper stickers by now ready to distribution about Hillary’s criminality. If the shoe was on the other foot, the Rats would rush to define the opposition candidate.

The Kelly file sent a FOIA request for that document that Clinton would have signed saying she turned everything over to the state dept when she left. State dept has 30 days to comply.

I was thinking about how Trey Gowdy had said that he could not subpoena the “basement Server” unless it was a criminal investigation. Don’t you think that if the Chelsea, Bill, Hillary Foundation has donors that show up on these State Dept manifests that it would then justify subpoena of the server? I do.
No way...I’m sure these records must have met some tragic end already. You know destroyed by a stray meteorite, disappeared down sandy burgerspants, or burned by a disgruntled janitor at the State Department. Brace yourself cuz you know its coming!

On just what basis would a “higher court” “overrule?” This is a straight forward FOIA request. I don’t see any way there is anything to be “overruled.”
The Obama regime will be foot dragging and delaying this as long as possible. Then maybe they’ll say “we can’t find the manifests”.
