Penn State's president should cancel plans to have a co-founder of the violent anti-war group the Weather Underground speak on campus next week, the state Senate's presiding officer said Friday.

President Pro Tempore Joe Scarnati, a Jefferson County Republican, told university president Eric Barron in a letter he wants to know how much it is costing the university to host Bill Ayers next week.
"The decision to allow Mr. Ayers to address your students and faculty in light of his violent past is difficult for me to reconcile," Scarnati wrote.
A university spokeswoman said the appearances were organized by student leaders with student activity fees and would not use state fun

“Student Activity Fees” are mandatory fees added to every single student’s tuition bill, and usually controlled by a small clique of leftists that control student government because their “majors” (e.g., ‘gender studies’, ‘multidisciplinary studies’) allow them to play at campus politics for six years, while the student paying the fees have to go to class and study.
Student activity fees .... can’t wait to hear the next round of b!tching about the cost of going to college.

Looks like a conservative state senator is pushing back against a neo-commie university president. That’s good. The senator should fire off a second letter that he’ll publicly ring the university president’s neck if the traitor Ayers shows his scrawny chicken neck on the campus.
Or a bomb in true Weather Underground fashion.
