Very true that Germans committed great atrocities against the Russians, including many thousands of civilians. The Germans had it coming, but pillage and rape the Russkies did.
They only did to the Germans a fraction of what Germany did to so many. The Germans instituted a butchery that is unprecedented and allied with Imperial Japan, enabling Japan to develop their military and end up unleashing terror in China and the Southeast Asian nations. Germany did far worse than anything that the Russians ever could. There is no way that twenty million Russians will ever be able to be counted and frankly, as far as I’m concerned, Dresden was more than deserved.
