OU did nothing to violate their rights.

OU did not force them to sing a song about hanging knacks from trees avid OU did not post a video of their doing so on the internet.

These boys ruined their own names and no one else is at fault.

OU is an organization owned by the state of Oklahoma. The Oklahoma state constitution as well as the United States constitution guarantee the right to free speech. These boys engaged in hateful but free speech. That means they can be punished (by exclusion) by friends, strangers, acquaintances, employers, private universities, fraternities, and anyone else who takes exception to their ideology EXCEPT the government. When a state owned entity punished them for free speech it violated the law.

If you can't understand that distinction I don't know what to tell you.
