On the contrary, the GA Supreme Court years ago threw out GA’s window tint law because is did NOT include out of state cars. The new law does.

Georgia cannot enforce THEIR window tinting standards on out-of-state cars.
They are constitutionally barred from doing so, and you are 100% wrong if you say that they can.
