If Eric Greitens sent you his résumé, you wouldnt believe it. But maybe you have some time to kill and figure why not call him up, go to his home in Missouri, and catch him in a lie. Very impressive resume, Mr. Greitens. A Navy SEAL and a Rhodes Scholar? Sure buddy, and Im Mother Teresa oh, so now youve worked with Mother Teresa
Eric Greitens
The conversation could go on like this for hours. Youd hear how he spent his Duke University years tending to victims of poverty and genocide from Calcutta to Rwanda, that after Oxford he turned down his ticket to the One Percent to become a SEAL to live out his humanitarianism-through-strength dissertation thesis, that he lived off an air mattress to start a non-profit helping wounded veterans. Hed tell you that Fortune Magazine named him one of the 50 greatest leaders in the world, that Time Magazine said hes one of the 100 most influential, that hes only 40 years old. By the end of the conversation, youd fly down to St. Louis to see if hes lying when he says hes a golden gloves champ, too.

This young man has a very impressive resume. We need a lot more men like this in politics, business and every area of society in America.
BTW, Greitens’s book, “Resilience” about dealing with and helping those with PTSD- http://www.ericgreitens.com/books/resilience-book/
Very Impressive. He’s like a real-life “Doc Savage”; Top notch in both the Physical and Mental worlds.
He sure isn’t another Eric Cantor, Schumer, Bloomberg, etc.
Heads up to FR’s favorite SEAL.
It gives me hope that there are still people like this ready to serve.
No kidding!
Here’s a video that gives me hope also - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0MtdyRDy4fU
Enjoy!
No kidding. Someone should send him an invite....
There are more than a few like LCDR Greitens, perhaps not as impressive a CV, but they are around.
I have known some that stayed in and one that got out and came back to stay.
The surprise is that any would aspire to be a politician.
