The move by Time, whether on purpose or not, has been noticed on Twitter:

It came from the same person who likes to pose 0 in certain messianic poses, like with a presidential seal in the background conveniently located to serve as a halo.
It's ironic that TIME magazine, though, would make use of their own trademark to provide debbil horns for she who deserves them.
BTW... Time magazine... trying to flash back to the 80's or the 70's... having trouble with it, but it does seem vaguely familiar...

I do not doubt for one minute Obama & Co are behind this. Regardless of making nice, he never, EVER, forgets.
One other thing comes to mind. There have been several occasions Obama has had to turn to Bubba asking for help when he was in trouble. Election 2012 comes to mind.
In Obama’s mind it has to mean Bubba will always be more loved and popular with the masses than he. This is about much more than supporting someone other than Hillary in 2016. He is aiming for them both. He wants to take down the Clinton machine.
As disgusted as I am with DC, this will be fun to watch.
A very subtle dig at Hillary. That was no accident. Their excuse will be that they centered Hillary’s silhouette and that whatever image people are conjuring is their imagination. Uh huh. Hillary Rodham is one of the most famous people in the world and surely Time has a ton of pictures they could have used instead of her silhouette. If I was Hillary and saw that I would be thinking the media was part of the effort to get rid of me.
