I don’t know. EFF was all for this legislation, that to me in itself is suspicious. I find it hard to trust anyone in their position, but as of now, we’ll have to see how it shakes out...
I want to know which side the ACLU is on.

A year ago I would have expected EFF to be against it. I have no idea what their thinking is. Even if the FCC’s proposal looked half-ways decent, I’m surprised that they’d trust that gummint regulation would be beneficial.
