Siemoniak also said around 10,000 NATO soldiers will take part in military exercises in Poland this year,

Comrade dictator obama wants to kill domestic production of the tomahawk by the end of next year. I wonder if this represents increased production or presents a way to eliminate current inventory even faster.

I believe that means he wants to stop buying them. Doesn’t mean the line would shut down (provided export licenses are granted).

If the U.S. won’t sell the Tomahawk, Poland ought to buy the Popeye Turbo cruise missile from Israel. Here: http://fas.org/nuke/guide/israel/missile/popeye-t.htm

The Popeye is a last ditch Samson Option missile. I’d think they’d want something more reliable like the Tomahawk.

Don’t think those are for export, officially speaking.

The only other alternative is the French MdCN, which is already on offer with the Scorpene submarine. A rank outsider is South Korea’s cruise missile.

Bottom line is that there are alternatives to Tomahawk if the U.S. denies Poland request to purchase them. Given the antipathy that the Obama White House has for Israel and PM Netanyahu, it could be a way for Bibi to flip Barry the bird while exercising leadership. This is something Valerie Jarrett won't allow her sock puppet Barry Obama to do -- that is, anything remotely like leadership.
