I think we need a similar petition charging Obama with treason for contending he can make a treaty with a foreign power without congresses approval..

Iran has claim as much saying they would consider any treaty binding no approval from the US Congress needed

John F’ing Kerry said yesterday it wasn't a treaty... it was an agreement. He went on to say there are all kinds of agreements in play all over the world and they are agreed to on the Executive levels. I think he may have been referring to some of the Armed Forces Agreements we have with other countries. Anyway, the Pres can make agreements all day long from the sound of it and Congress can't do anything about it. I think this is a pretty cool thing the Senators did. Separation of powers... checks and balances etc. The big question I have is... what happens if the administration attempts to arrest these 47 Republican Senators for treason..?
