They have been mis-educated and dis-educated to become Democrat voters.
I don't mean that as a joke. It's true. To be a Dem voter, you have to be unable to perform and understand basic arithmetic.
It's the only way that the political Left can sell their garbage ideas to voters. If voters understand math, they will never vote Democrat.
